Important Information to Keep in Mind:

When you have an accident, be sure to remain calm and gather information about the other drivers and their vehicles including:

Names
Phone Numbers
Addresses
Dates of Birth
Driver's License Numbers

Vehicle Year / Make / Model / Color
License Plate Numbers
VINs
Insurance Company Names
Policy Numbers
 
Make sure to collect names, phone numbers and addresses of all witnesses.  
   
Make note of the date, time, and location of the accident.  
   
Write down a basic description of the accident and damage to all vehicles.  
   
If you have access to a camera (even if it is just your cell phone camera), take a picture of the scene and vehicle damage.

What to Expect When You Report a Claim:
You can call our toll-free number (1-800-421-3535) 24 hours/day, 7 days/week from anywhere in the United States.
   
When you call, you will speak directly to an operator who will guide you through the entire process step-by-step.
   
You do not need to have your policy number with you in order to report a claim. However, having your number ready will speed up the process. An average call takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete.
   
Any forms that may be required will be sent to you after your call is completed.  
   
Additionally, if more information is required to process your claim, we will contact you.
