What is the closing date of new purchase or the renewal date?
What is your mortgage information on your current home?
What is the living area square footage of your home?
What materials were used in the construction of your home and how much of each material?
Is your home on a slab or is it raised above the ground? In what way?
Is your garage attached by a breezeway to the house? 2 or 3 car garage?
What year was your home built? When did you buy it?
When was the roof last replaced?
On a percentage basis, what different types of flooring do you have? (ie carpet, tile, hardwood, vinyl)
Is your fireplace a single or double chimney?
Who monitors your central alarm system?
Does your swimming pool have a diving board?
